Each package covers one website. A page is a route within the website. A section is a content block. Advanced features are selected in the quote and are not all included automatically. Maintenance is contracted separately.

Monthly maintenance
Choose month-to-month service at the regular rate, a 12-month commitment with monthly payments at 10% off, or prepay 11 discounted monthly fees for 12 months of service: a total saving of 17.5% against 12 regular monthly fees. Monthly time and submission limits apply in every option. External costs and applicable taxes are separate. Your proposal and contract specify the selected option, dates, cancellation and renewal conditions.

Adds publication of provided content in existing news and event sections, minor updates to approved answers in an existing contracted chatbot, and a basic visitor summary when analytics is configured.
Send your changes in advance
Combine changes in one list, with ready and approved text and images, and send it at least one week (seven calendar days) before the requested update date. We will confirm availability and scope before scheduling it.
All plans include a basic monthly check of links and the contact form, minor changes to existing text, schedules, photos or events, and relevant platform updates and backups or version history under our control. Technical checks, support and editing count toward the monthly time allowance.
The church benefit covers the date, time, location, short description and provided artwork in an existing calendar or listing. It does not include ad design, a special page, registrations or payments.
Time and submission limits apply together. Unused hours do not roll over. If work exceeds the plan, we will notify you and quote it before proceeding. Support is scheduled according to availability and does not include 24/7 support or immediate resolution.
Services quoted separately
New pages, redesigns, stores, chatbot implementation, payments or automation, extensive translations, logos, photo or video production, campaigns, social media management and complex incident recovery.
External costs and payments
The client pays for the domain, hosting, email, licenses, platforms, usage and payment processing fees, identified separately. Accounts and the domain remain in the client’s name. Project payments are 40% at contracting, 30% at demo presentation and 30% before publication. Amounts and due dates are documented in the proposal and contract. Monthly maintenance debits require separate authorization.
