I am Wanda Liz Barreto Martínez, MBA, founder of Raíz y Luz Digital and a digital transformation consultant.
Seeing beyond the obvious
28 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
17 of those years leading Accounting and Finance teams
My background includes healthcare, administration, leadership, projects, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and Section 330 centers.
My work has always gone beyond budgets and financial statements: I identify opportunities, risks, resources that can be used more effectively and processes that need organization.

Roots represent foundation, identity and growth. Light represents direction, clarity and hope. My purpose is to bring quality digital tools to organizations with meaningful missions and limited resources.
My family
I grew up in a Christian family, shaped by my mother’s discipline and my father’s deep love. I have been married for almost 29 years and am the mother of a miracle from heaven who arrived after 16 years of marriage.

I understand how challenging it can be to manage, grow and serve with limited resources. I evaluate each need from financial, administrative, human, strategic and technological perspectives.
