This website provides general information about Raíz y Luz Digital, its services, packages, projects and contact options. It does not constitute a final contractual proposal.
Consultations and projects
The free initial consultation does not create a contractual relationship. Every project is subject to evaluation, availability, a written proposal, agreed scope, contract, initial payment and delivery of information. In case of differences, the signed contract prevails.
Pricing and external costs
Published prices are starting rates and may vary by scope, pages, features, languages, locations, content, complexity and urgency. Domain, hosting, licenses, platforms and other external costs are identified separately.
Project payments
Payment for the selected offer is divided into 40% at contracting, 30% at demo presentation and 30% before publication. Amounts and due dates are documented in the proposal and contract. Monthly maintenance is separate. Bank debits require specific authorization.
Maintenance payment options
Month-to-month rates are $50, $100 or $200. A 12-month commitment paid monthly is $45, $90 or $180 per month (12 payments totaling $540, $1,080 or $2,160). Annual prepayment is $495, $990 or $1,980 for 12 months of service: 11 monthly fees after the 10% discount, a total saving of 17.5%. Monthly service limits remain applicable. External costs and applicable taxes are separate. The proposal and signed contract specify the option, start and end dates, cancellation, refunds and renewal conditions. Bank debits require separate authorization.
Maintenance requests
Submit changes together in one consolidated list, with ready and approved text and images, at least seven calendar days before the requested update. Dates are confirmed according to scope and availability. The plan’s time and submission limits apply together. Unused hours do not roll over, and additional work requires prior acceptance.

Intellectual property
Brand identity, text, designs and original content may not be copied, sold or distributed without authorization. Ownership of materials created for clients will be defined in each contract.
Client content
The client must confirm authorization to use all text, photographs, logos, videos and documents provided.
Platforms and results
We do not permanently control the availability, pricing or policies of external platforms. No specific number of visits, clients, donations, sales or revenue is guaranteed.
Applicable law
These terms are prepared for a business organized in Puerto Rico and must receive legal review before final publication.
